Challenge
- Client needed a comprehensive overview comparing its marketing efforts and public perception to competitors
- Existing platform capabilities were limited & needed creative enhancement to provide actionable insights
- Previous KPIs were not accurate or granular enough, hence requiring a revamped approach

- Contributed to identifying and implementing over 20 KPIs in a custom Foundry application, integrating data from various vendors and Google services
- Participated in creatively leveraging the Foundry API to extend Workshop capabilities, including features such as view duplication
- Supported optimization of the application to deliver high-impact insights efficiently to leadership
